Press and hold the dot and drag to adjust the volume.
Press Save to keep any changes. (Remember, this volume changes the Lyric’s voice during normal, non-alarm operation. This is considered the User volume (for chimes, arming confirmations, trouble conditions, etc.)
Select desired arming mode.
Arm Away: when you're leaving.
Arm Stay: when you'll be home.
Enter Master User code.
Other Arming Options
Quick Arm: arms system without entering a user code.
Silent Exit: mutes the beeping exit countdown and increases exit delay.
Leaving - Armed Away (all sensors in the home will be activated, including motion detectors). The panel will have an audible exit delay countdown.
Staying - Armed Stay (door, window, and glass break sensors will be activated, but motion sensors are not active, which allows you to move freely around the home). The panel will beep three times and announce "Armed Stay" and the silent countdown begins.
Enter your four digit user code. If done correctly, the system beeps and announces "Disarmed". When arriving home the panel will start beeping to alert you to disarm your panel.
Depending on the Panic icon selected, an alarm tone sounds and sends a specific signal alerting us of the emergency. (The Local Alarm will activate the siren, but will not send any signals).
Start opening and closing your doors and windows. The system will beep 3-times and announce which door or window has been opened. The test will confirm the sensors are communicating to the panel.
To stop the test, press the Home icon.
Enter your 4-digit User Code.
To verify signals were sent successfully, call 1-800-775-7827 or click the "Chat Now" button to the right.
Enter your Installer code. You will need to call 1-800-775-7827 or click the "Chat Now" button to the right to chat with one of our agents to get this code.
Press Program.
Press Keys.
Press Add New.
Press Serial Number.
Activate the Keyfob to learn into the panel.
Depending on your Keyfob, follow the directions below.
Press Done once the Keyfob displays the serial number. (The 5834 Keyfob will only be 7 digits).
Press User.
Press Master.
Press No Response.
Select 24 Hour Audible for a Police Panic button or 24 Hour Auxiliary for a Medical Panic button.

Press Program.
Press Zones.
Press Serial Number.
Activate the sensor to learn into the panel.
After the sensor has been confirmed, the zone summary will display.
To add a descriptor to the zone, press Zone Description 2.
Enter the description using the keyboard, press Save.
Confirm everything is programmed correctly, press Save.
From Z-Wave Device management menu you will be able select what devices you will want to operate from the panel. (In this example we will be operating the Locks).
Press Locks.
This will indicate the current status of the lock (unlocked).
Press the Lock tab.
To lock the front door, press the Unlock icon.
The panel will indicate it’s sending the command to the front door.
The panel will confirm the front door has been locked.
